Come and enjoy Brittany’s beautiful coast with family or friends in our comfortable, detached house in Saint-Malo, featuring a terrace and enclosed garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. Ideally located for exploring the region. Bed linen and towels are not included; please bring your own. Close to shops, fast food, bus stops, the Grand Aquarium, and Aquamalo. Just 5 minutes by car from the city walls and Sillon beaches. Dinard and Cancale are nearby. Mont-Saint-Michel and Cobac Parc are about an hour away. The Émeraude Clinic is a 5-minute walk away. Layout: • Ground floor: - Entrance hall with closet - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment) - Living/dining room (TV, DVD player) opening onto the terrace - Playroom with access to the terrace - WC - Small garage • Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - Bathroom with bathtub and WC Duvets, pillows, ironing board and iron are provided, as well as deckchairs, garden tables and chairs, and a barbecue. You will be welcomed personally.
